When US News ranked Cleveland Clinic as the #1 hospital in Ohio (as well as the #2 hospital nationwide) in 2021, we developed a multi-channel campiagn to celebrate. These featured full-page ads presented the rankings within the context of their ongoing For Every Care in the World campaign, showing how trusted excellence and specialty care can empower people to live fuller lives.

We used key learnings from our data optimization strategies in 2022 to show our clients the impact we helped them make with the uptake and retention of new members. This infographic takes high-level business concepts and simplifies them through the use of engaging storytelling and cheeky visual cues.

Project: Direct Mail - Seasonality + Travel / Single Product Uptake Test

Our aim for this campaign was to test whether going all-in on seasonal imagery, copy, and products led to a higher response rate compared to our control mailer. To add humanity, I anchored the credit card offer within the larger context of travel-centered storytelling, allowing our audience to more easily identify what was in it for them.

Although our testing revealed that this seasonally-tailored creative garnered the same response rate as the Champion piece, we continued to convert members with high credit quality with this mailer.

As copywriter for GM’s former Owner Center site, I wrote everything from interface copy and error messaging to dealer materials and high-level brand copy, like this example.
